Strategic Planning

Plan for the future

As educators, we understand that in order to plan for the future, you must first have a clear understanding of where you currently stand. To that end, we provide several services to support schools and organizations in this stage of their journey:


  • Educational Equity Strengths and Needs Assessment
    Our comprehensive assessment utilizes both quantitative and qualitative data to thoroughly examine key aspects of a school and/or district’s culture that have been shown to impact school improvement efforts. The goal is to identify areas of growth in supporting the success of all students as well as assets already in place that can be leveraged for further development.

  • Curriculum Audit
    Based on the school/district’s identified areas of need, we conduct an in-depth review of one or more content area curricula, focusing on the extent to which they support a culturally responsive and sustaining approach to teaching and learning.

  • Human Resources (HR) Review
    This multifaceted process utilizes an equity lens to examine HR policies, practices, and procedures. 

  • Sustainability Plan
    In collaboration with leadership and other key stakeholders (including the young people being served), we work to develop a multi-year plan that aligns with and serves to inform overall strategic planning. This plan is created following one of the assessment supports described above.
